When approaching team planning we considered the pros and cons of having one team across Heathrow to having individual teams for the business units.

 

We want to optimise data sharing, brand knowledge and operational efficiency without sacrificing unit knowledge, commercial awareness or stakeholder engagement.

 

We also want to ensure that we move towards one plan for Heathrow that makes use of all the available data to create a marketing mix that considers all products, segments and life cycles - in order for our teams

to be able to operate in this way they have to have some oversight of everything
